What is a clinical trial?+

A clinical trial is a research study in human volunteers designed to answer specific health questions. Carefully conducted trials are the safest and fastest way to find treatments that work in people and new ways to improve health.

Does it cost anything to participate?+

No. Volunteers do not pay to participate. In most cases participants are compensated for their time and travel. All details are in the informed consent form before you begin.

Who can participate?+

Each trial has specific eligibility criteria. Our team will review your information and determine if you qualify for any active trials.

Are clinical trials safe?+

The FDA strictly regulates clinical trials to protect participants. You will receive complete information about the study and sign an informed consent document. You can withdraw at any time — participation is always voluntary.

Is my information protected?+

Yes. Your personal identity and medical information are known only to you and the research team — never shared with pharmaceutical sponsors. Results are reported only as overall trends.

How Trials Work

The Four Phases

Every approved treatment goes through this process before reaching patients.

Phase I

Safety First

Small group studies testing safety and dosing after animal testing.

Phase II

Efficacy Testing

Larger blinded, randomized studies evaluating safety and effectiveness.

Phase III

FDA Approval Path

Large-scale trials confirming effectiveness. Successful completion leads to approval.

Phase IV

Post-Market Studies

Studies on already-approved treatments for additional safety and dosing data.

Patient Enrollment

Apply to Participate
